We went with Coral Isle to build our dream home in March 2020. The build process went very smoothly for us. Peter was our salesman and walked us through the processes to our complete satisfaction. We closed on our VA loan in early July and the build was on! Seawall was completed in September and the foundation and slab were completed in October. We moved into our Ibis mid June 2021 and LOVE our home. We did evacuate during Ian but returned on Friday to a home that was undamaged with the exception of our lanai screens. Thank you Steve, Don, Stephanie and Peter for building us a beautiful and very strong home! We highly recommend Coral Isle Builders for your next home!

I had Coral Isles build my home 3 years ago. We choose the Ibus model. We lived in Virginia Beach, and had purchased land here years ago. There are many trials, and tribulations while building a home, especially when you are 1,100 miles away from where it is being built. We didn't get everything we wanted, but the "Build" was a "quality build"!. My neighbor across the street, told us that he had watched the construction of our home taking place, and said "If there was going to be a hurricane, they were coming to our house"! Only months after the construction was complete, the proof was there! Hurricane Ion, a category 5 hurricane, hit Florida, and our home was dead center in the eye of the storm. Damage to my home was due only to my neighbors trees falling on my home, and a flying object from across the canal, tearing down screens and a ceiling fan in our lanai. Not one shingle was lost, and there was no water damage, although we live on a canal very close to the ocean. Credit due, to Coral Isles, they did work with us on a number of "wants" that were originally missed. Icing to the cake! We had opted for a gas range instead of an electric range. They had to use propane, as natural gas was unavailable in the Cape. Almost 3 years later, we had an igniter on the range fail. When it was serviced, the service man noted that the range installers had failed to convert the range from natural gas to propane, and that the conversion would cost about $300.00. It needed to be done! I went to Coral Isles to register my complaint, for not converting the range upon installation. When I told Don of the miscue, he immediately jumped into action, and had my range converted at no charge. The home is gorgeous, 10 foot ceilings and 8 foot doors. Very grandiose! Kudos Don!

We can’t say enough about Coral Isle Builders. Stephanie W. and her team of great subcontractors have gone above and beyond for us. We love our new home and would 100% recommend this company. After sales service is excellent. They built one heck of a strong home for us that weathered Hurricane Ian without a single structural issue. We appreciate all that you did for us being Canadian and now new Floridians. Throughout the build, we felt confident in our choice of a builder. They responded to every single question we had in a timely manner. You can really tell that Coral Isle Builders takes great pride in their work and their company. Top notch! Thanks so much to all that made our retirement dream come true.

We had Coral Isles build our home. It took a little over 2 years to build but Don did tell us before we signed that it would take at least two yrs. We moved in a few months ago and overall we are very happy with our house
